The Office Planning Group offers labeling software that provides an easy and efficient way to color-code files and other media for timely organization and retrieval. The laborious task of creating and applying color-coded labels is made easy, and it allows you to set a standard throughout the organization.

We offer label printing software that is available in a web-based version or on your computer in either a stand-alone or networked version, with capability for direct input from existing databases and connection to other systems to eliminate manual data entry.

Track assets (folders, electronics, furniture or fixtures) using barcode technology, so that the current location and usage history of every item can be determined easily.

User-definable data structure, support for SQL databases and multiple users, portable scanning devices, and interfaces to exchange data with other systems make this a robust and efficient family of products. Specific features for HIPPA and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance tracking are available.

Imaging solves retention problems and provides improved document access, an important component of disaster recovery, and helps address risk management plans.

With hands-on experience in imaging systems since the 80’s, the staff at The Office Planning Group offers network-based image management software solutions and services that can store a variety of document types in a unified system, and can convert paper documents to both image and text.

Docuvation is based on the industry-proven FileBound platform and can be experienced through our WebEx demonstration upon request.

MARS Medical is a feature-rich, robust practice management system with advanced scheduling, billing, and coding functions. MARS is ideal for practices of 4 or more physicians, although it can scale up to 100 providers easily.
